No processed foods, sugars, white flour, meats, dairy, caffeine and bread.

Yes to, unsweet caffeine free teas and coffees, eggs, oat flour & milk, almond flour & milk, veggies, fruits, nuts, water, herbal tea, whole grains and unleven bread.
